Police Brutality in Minneapolis – A Reason of Concern

Despite of stricter laws against police brutality, many such cases are still witnessed in Minnesota. This year in April, a vehicle was spotted by the Minnesota law enforcement which was speeding through Roseville and they attempted to pull over the car. However, the driver jumped and began running and an officer chased him. After a few moments the passenger sitting inside the car began to exit the vehicle but the officer returned to the scene and threw the passenger to the ground!

The passenger was not speaking in English. The officer used his Taser thrice on the man and other three members of police force came to the spot and began kicking and punching the man while he was moaning on the ground.
